Ingredients	Amount
Loco Burrito Bean Mix	1 pkg
jalapeno, minced	1
green pepper, finely chopped	1
avocado, peeled, stone removed, diced	1
tomatoes, diced	2
green onions, finely chopped	6
garlic cloves, minced	2
cilantro, chopped	1/4 cup
salt	1 tsp
limes, juice of	2

Instant Pot Loco Burrito Bean Dip: Instructions

1. Combine one package of Loco Burrito mix (333g) with 3 cups of water into an instant pot. Seal pot and set timer for 60 minutes. 
2. After cooking time, allow pot to depressurize naturally. 
3. Open pot and stir beans for 15 -30 seconds. Drain and let them cool. 
4. Put beans into a large mixing bowl and mash slightly with a fork. 
5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed. 
6. Serve as a dip with your favourite corn chips or over greens as a salad. 
7. *Optional: for a smoother dip, pulse half the mixture in a food processor and then fold back into the remaining bean mix.
